Nick Duta
PRESIDENT
Nick Duta is the President and founder of the company, building it from the ground up alongside his family into what it is today. Originally from Romania, he brings an entrepreneurial spirit and global perspective that still drives the business forward. His two sons have followed in his footsteps as successful businessmen, making it a true family legacy. When he’s not leading the company, Nick splits his time between Florida and Romania and even runs a side business selling millions of Romexterra-branded pens to kiosks overseas.

With over 15 years experience, Barrett heads the Exteriors team at Romexterra. He's a licensed roofer and VSI-certified installer. Even with 5 kids, he finds time to play competitive ice hockey. Don't let him hustle you in darts...it won't end well!

REB Manager
Igor leads the Rebuild Team, drawing on his experiences in the industry since 2008. Beyond his OSHA and Xactimate certifications, his remodeling and restoration talents make him the go-to for resolving issues. He lives this, evidenced by how he spends his weekends doing the same tasks on his own home...the more challenging, the better!

Contents Manager
Jason has accolades. He's a certified IICRC Triple Master, a rare achievement. He's also a HAZWOPER, which is fun to say, and means Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response. 10 years of experience, he heads the Contents team. He's also our tech expert, and can recite Pi to 30 digits...how fun.
MICHAEL G.
ESR Manager
Michael is the manager of our Emergency Services Department, leading the team with energy, humor, and a hands-on approach when it matters most. He’s known for being a big laugh around the office while still keeping everyone focused and ready to respond. Outside of work, Michael loves taking care of his kids and coaching them at football practice. Just don’t ask him to cook. He’ll be the first to admit that’s not his strong suit.

Ahmad is always upbeat and keeps things light with his quick humor. Outside of work, you’ll find him trying out new recipes (especially anything sweet) or looking for a charger to his phone.

Marketing Admin
Amber keeps the marketing side of things running smoothly, bringing organization and creativity to everything she does. Outside of work, she’s always making something—whether it’s cooking, baking, or even pottery. She’s a big fan of steak and Coke Zero, and when she’s not in the kitchen or at the pottery wheel, you might find her playing instruments and adding a little music to the mix.

Douglas has been helping homeowners recover since 1997. He has multiple OSHA certifications while specializing in bio cleanup. George is also incredibly outgoing and outspoken, which makes him a well-loved member of our rebuild department.

Ismael is our Emergency Services Crew Chief, known for his fierce loyalty to the company and his leadership when it matters most. Outside of work, Ismael stays active in the gym, follows soccer, enjoys traveling, and runs on Chinese food and Ghost energy drinks. He can squat and bench more than his own body weight—and he never goes a day without music.
